Autism Assessment Package 2.5yo-17yo
Formal Psychologist Autism Assessment (without paediatrician collaboration). Includes clinic based observations, parent and teacher forms,, feedback and thorough autism report with a diagnositic decision (whether dsm-v criteria met for autism). Includes free ADHD screening. Needs a paediatrician or psychiatrist to sign off on the report if a diagnosis is made as it is a team assessment. You can book your own appt for this and these fees are seperate.
02.Paediatrician-Psychologist Autism Assessment
For ages 4yo-17yo. This package includes the psychologist comprehensive autism assessment as per above, plus an additional consult with Dr Luke Sammartino for possible report sign off, if diagnosis is met. Fees are paid separately. Minimum $1000 deposit made upon booking. On the assessment day, an extra $1000 will be due to the psychologist and another extra $1000 will be due to the paediatrician. Total cost is $3000 for this paediatrician/psychologist autism assessment collaboration pathway.
